Zotac GT 1030 for HP Elite 8100 SFF

Solution
That card should be fine. Be sure to check the length too. But it looks like a good fit.
Btw, the board does not "supply" only 30W power. The PSU supplies the power. And I believe the 30W disclaimer is based on the small PSU size, not the board or slot. Many SFF PCs with tiny PSUs have that disclaimer. I'm running a low profile 60W GTX 1050 Ti in my Optiplex 790 SFF with a 240W PSU with a single +12V rail rated for only 17A w/o issue. Have been for quite a while. And of course, I do so at my own risk.

Thank you. I ordered it, it comes on the next week.

With the GT 720 it was only 720p on low settings. The Borderlands games are running on High at 1080p30fps. On the weekend ill try some newer games to see what really capable the card(Hitman 2016, Overwatch, Fallout 4).
