well provided you have a reliable brand power supply, you can get a GTX 750ti. but your CPU would do best with a GTX 740.

^GT 730 Gt 630, Gt 620... so on as the last two numbers go down the cards get worse, frankly anything below a 730 is not worthwhile.

I might be wrong but it said the requirement for the psu of this card is 300 watt

understood, but that is way to high. as I said the card can only use around 25 watts, so the rest is system based, and your system does not look that energy heavy. if you had a 8350 (oactacore) and a bunch of hard drives it could be an issue, but for you it is not.
