Hello

I just bought a new Zotac GTX 1050 ti OC 4gb , the signal goes through the card to the monitor but windows does not recognize the card
I have already updated the BIOS to the latest version but I do not solve anything and I can not install the drivers because windows does not recognize the card.

Specs:
Windows 7 x64
Proces: Intel Pentium G4400
Ram: 12GB ddr4
mobo: H110MD PRO D4 Versión 6.x

Help :(

Have you reinstalled the card? (Might have installed incorrectly first time.)

Not entirely sure what you mean by "Windows does not recognise the card". Does it mean you can enter Windows using the card as display output but Device Manager cannot name the card? Or you don't get any signal at all even in BIOS?

If you can enter Windows with the card installed, I would suggest entering Device Manager and see if there's anything under display adapters. If nothing, go to View and check Show hidden devices and see if anything shows up. If it shows then it should be possible to get the card to work properly and install drivers.

If it doesn't show, then it's possible the card is faulty.

If you can enter BIOS, see if you need to prioritise...

If you can enter BIOS, see if you need to prioritise PCIe graphics. Most motherboards should default to a graphics card if installed, but some may need manual adjustment.
