hello everyone , I don't know which graphic card I should get Zotac or Gigabyte , because I Have Hp pro mini Tower ( H=360 L=360 W=170 mm) .

Depends on your clearance on the inside, and the amount of PCI brackets you have.

If you can, take a look inside your case (e.g. remove your side panel) and measure approximately how much space you have.

Gigabyte gtx 1050ti d5 has better cooling performance and better clocks so I would say it's the better choice. I Also had to pick on of those and I choose the d5 as it has bigger fan and better looks.
