Question zotac gtx 1060 6gb amp edition fan vibration

hi guys, I need some help on my gpu, there are times that the other fan is not spinning on the speed as the other fan and there is also a vibration. i check the fan and i dont see anything that is loose. sorry for my english, what do you think is the problem, its not at all times having a vibration. there are times that both fans are running well.

have you tried looking for a place where a fan blade is broken, cracked, chipped, or bent. anything that would lead to the fan being unbalanced possibly even the fan being dirty. not just something being loose and your English is pretty good my friend. Another thing fans do have a lifespan even though I doubt this is the problem how old is the fan?
