ZOTAC GTX 1070 AMP EXTREME GRAPHIC CARD compatibilty

I am planning to buy ZOTAC GTX 1070 AMP EXTREME.

My present system configuration is -
Fx 8350 CPU
Gigabyte 970A DS3 motherboard
Gskill ripjaw 8 gb ram
Zotac Nvidia 650ti boost
Cooler master midtower K350
Seasonic 1050w platinum power supply.

Is this card compatible with Gigabyte 970 A- DS3 motherboard and Cooler Master k350 mid gaming tower?

I really require your help in this matter.

Don't think it will fit - your case says it can support up to 315 mm for a VGA (http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/k350-rc-k350-kwn2-en/) but the 1070 Zotac Amp Extreme is 325 mm in length (https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-geforce-gtx-1070-amp-extreme#spec)

I've got the 1070 amp extreme and I can tell you it's a massive and heavy card, you'll need a decent size case to get it in comfortably. The only way I could see it fitting in that case is warping/removing the hard drive cage with pliers. However, I would advise to go for a smaller card or a bigger case instead. It is an amazing card and it cools phenomenally well but I am not sure there would be that much discrepancy between it and other 1070s in terms of performance.

If you want to go Zotac maybe consider the Amp edition instead of the Amp Extreme?

It says 300 mm which should be enough to fit in your case although I still imagine that to be a fairly tight squeeze!

Thank you so much for the solution souljacker13, but I have already gone for MSI GEFORCE GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G based on variable reviews and researches. I am just keeping my fingers crossed, hoping that things work out.
