The 650ti is much more powerful than the normal 650.

but the gpu clock speed is better for gtx 650 than gtx 650 ti is that effects in games.....and i wanna know the synergy edition is better than gtx 6502gb gddr5 graphics having 1071 MHz GPU Clock Speed and the zotac gtx 650 ti 2gb gddr5 synergy edition 128bit zt 61102 10m having 941 MHz GPU Clock Speed

Makes no difference. They are different chips so comparing clock speed means nothing. ANY 650ti is more powerful than ANY 650. Plain and simple.
