Solution
GeForce GTX 750, because it's a newer technology graphics card called "Maxwell" and it has a alot less power consumption, we're talking here about 55W vs 110W!
Passmark.com 3d mark on 750 is around 100 points higher than the average 650ti . 750 only uses 55 watts, 650 ti uses 110 watts. Both are in the same price range unless you find the 650ti used on ebay. So with this being said the 750 is the flatout winner of these two.

the 750 hands down.. uses almost half the power and I have it.. runs great.. only thing slowing me down is my stupid A8 APU for processing/threading lol

thanx guys for those feed backs i wanna add a new problem which im facinng since yestrday lol my pc is restarting on playing games like farcry3 and batman so what mit be the possible reason any guesses

passmark is not a reliable source. Nor is any other score based synthetic benchmark. You should be looking at only game benchmarks.
The 650Ti is stronger than the 750. But not very much.
If you have a powerful 500/550W power supply, go for the 650 Ti. Otherwise go for the 750.
However, if you're looking at performance/watt, then the 750 wins, hands down.

Many problems:
Driver conflicts. Insufficient power supply. Overheating. Game conflicts.

Did you make any changes to your computer recently? Check if all fans are spinning. Are CPU/GPU temperatures normal?

I wasn't saying the 750 was stronger than the 650ti BOOST model i was saying its 3d mark was higher than the 650ti (the 128bit ) NON-BOOST models

the architecture nvidia employs in the last 4 years seems to be based on power per watt rather than massive boost in model performance GTX 460 3d mark average 2650 150 watt , GTX 650ti (non Boost) around the same 3d mark 110 watt , GTX 750 again around the same 55 watts, here recently the power per watt has skyrocketed .
