Zotac Gtx 770 amp sli'd with a Non-amp model

I was wondering if it's possible. I've heard that nvidia is finicky with SLIing cards with varying memory sizes. Are they also finicky about clock speeds? I could always just clock down the AMP model.

Nvidia drivers used to sync the cards to run both at the speed of the lowest card but now both cards remain at whatever speed they are and SLI still works.

Sweet. I was just worried because of the ram differences debacle i was hearing about.

For SLI you mainly just need to make sure they use the model of gpu and have the same vram. The clock speeds and manufacture don't need to match.

Kinda off topic, but i see that you have the setup i'm looking to get. How has it worked for you?
It seems kepler has been neglected by nvidia lately. Witcher 3 in particular.

With the 1.05 update the witcher 3 runs much better. I have had very few issues overall.
