Zotac gtx 960 2gb is good for gaming on 1600x900 res? . I want to play all latest games on high-ultra settings on 30+ fps like acu, far cry 4, dying light, ryse son of rome and also upcoming games like arkham Knights, division, etc. And how much difference in % and fps between asus strix gtx 960 and zotac gtx 960 2gb(non amp edition).?

I suggest the gtx 970 or r9 290, but the gtx 960 should be fine, but you might only get 30 fps+ at medium in assassin's creed unity and the future games that you suggested. Also there is no difference in fps when it comes down to cooling, unless ofcourse you are comparing a reference card (it means a card that has the default cooling fan by nvidia). I'd suggest the asus, but if the Zotac is a lot cheaper you should go with it, it all depends in temperature and fan noise.

1-3 probably but I don't suggest Zotac because it has low quality parts and it will probably last less than Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Evga, etc.
