hi guys currently i got the zotac dual fan gtx 970

yup this card the cheapest non reference card in the market

so my question is can i push this card to a better memory clock settings ?
if yes
how ?
what software do i need to use?
what is the safe oc settings for gaming ?

if you can teach me step by step or a site with safe ocing this vc, i appreciate the help guys :D

IIRC, Zotac bundles a firestorm oc utility with their cards. You can use that, or download the OC tools from other vendors like MSI (afterburner).

For OC'ing, there's already lots of information in the web regarding this.

Basically its just a repeated process of incrementally increasing the core clock value, then test for stability, then go back to step 1, until the card fails.
At that point, you dial the settings back until you find the highest stable clock rate you can get. Then you do the same to the memory clock.

Just make sure you have ample cooling and that you don't mess with the card's bios and you should be safe. The card would usually stop you before you do any damage
