Zotac Gtx 970 Extreme Amp Core for the warranty?

Most of the people go for MSI or Asus or Gigabytye (No Evga in my country) but I'm getting 5 years warranty with Zotac compared to the 3 years warranty in others. They are all priced in a close range Asus Strix being the cheapest. Is the warranty good enough a reason to go for the less popular Zotac?
I don't plan to OC.

Yes ,I recommend you going with Zotac.They have really cool and quality graphics cards and they never dissapointed me! They bring some really cool features too.
