Zotac GTX 970 vs. Zotac GTX 970 AMP! Omega Edition, difference?

Hi. So I have this question and it's kinda nowhere to be found on the internet (easily).
What are the differences of Zotac GTX 970 & Zotac GTX 970 AMP! Omega Edition
and are they significant?

I'm assuming the zotac 970 is just a standard stock cooler version of the gpu. The AMP! Omega edition is probably the overclocked with an aftermarket cooler.

You can get an idea if you look into the specs. Also AMP! Omega edition has a custom cooler and a overclock.
