If you download an application like EVGA precision or MSI afterburner, you can create a custom fan curve to have your fans ramp up depending on the temperature of the GPU. Also make sure the fans are spinning correctly and there is no dust clogging up the case. Also ensure you have no blockage within the case (wires, other peripherals).

yeah i have try the MSI afterburner, but it still hit 80 degree in SHogun 2, im woried if it can damage my card. Is it normal for graphich card?

80c is normal and safe, when you get over 85-90c, then you should start to be concerned. The temperature target for nvidia cards is usually 79-80c. What is your fan speed while gaming?

my fan speed at 80 degree was 80 % in msi afterburner. is 80 % is the limit for the fan? or is it okey if i use it 100 %?

The fans will be fine running at 100% when under load, although if possible, 90% would be better but as you will turn the fans down when the GPU isn't under load, there shouldn't be a problem. Keeping the fans at 80% to keep the GPU at 80c would also be fine though.

Does it effect the life time of the card ?

80c won't affect the life span of the card no. Maxing the fans may shorten their life span a bit but the chances are they will last longer than the card, or it's usefulness anyway.
