Zotac GTX 980ti AMP or EVGA GTX 980ti ACX 2.0+?

In hearing good review about the Zotac card and now it only has like 7 left in stock. But the EVGA is better I heard from a friend. Which one should I get. Newb at PC here please help. What's the different between these 2 cards?

They are both good cards, you can't really go wrong with either one. Also the Gigabyte G1, MSI gaming and Asus Strix are very good cards. Personally i went with the MSI Gaming due to it being the quietest of the bunch.

Really, all GTX980ti cards are very good and perform well.
They differ on the coolers installed(which are mostly marketing), and the amount of factory overclock.
I like EVGA for their USA support and transferrable warranty.

Yeah I saw but prime keep running out on them. And then I have to wait like 5 days. But it takes 1-2 days to prepare... I'm trying to ship my order together for safety purposes. (Don't trust my neighbor). I really want msi though ;( but thank you
