im wanting a "home-base" family computer that is a touchscreen monitor with a NUC strapped to the VESA on the back of it but i think this lower powered option is actually better considering a core i3 is even too powerful for what i need it to do. basically i want an all in one pc but is modular and i can upgrade later down the road. the celeron unit is more than sufficient. the article did not say if ram or storage is included or not.
