Solution
"Run perfectly [with my processor]" and "run GTA V" are two very different things.

Yes, GT 730 is compatible with your system and will perform like it should (for the most part), BUT it's still a very low-end, old card paired with an low-end, old processor (with only 2 gigs of RAM) so do not expect much, or at all, from modern games.

For your info, these are the minimum specs of GTA V:

Minimum Specs

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1, Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Pack 2* (*NVIDIA video card recommended if running Vista OS)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4GB
Video Card: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD...
Make and model of your PSU? Your system is quite dated and is very likely to not be compatible for your GT730 to drop in due to a lack of a proper BIOS environment.

I would say no since the GTX600 series is the highest GPU series you can go for. Perhaps a GT630 would suit your needs and yet not conflict with your system however for the system you own, you should look more into older GPU's since the E5700 will struggle with the newer GPU's.

Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB

Neither your processor nor graphics card meets these requirements. You could try turning down the resolution and putting all settings on low to test your luck, though.

Both of you did notice that the time of those threads are at least 3 years old, right? As of late, the cards that have come out of the factory have a UEFI VBIOS which when paired with a non compatible BIOS environment will result in a black screen. Apparently you can't even get to BIOS.
