Zotac NVIDIA GTX660 compatibility with Asus H81 M-CS

I am currently repairing/upgrading my dell studio xps 8100 desktop with i5 4440 and asus h81m-cs mobo. I had a NVidia GTX 260 which also malfunctioned, now I am thinking of going for gtx 660. My questions are:
a) Is gtx 660 a good upgrade? My budget is maximum INR 15k.

b)Is gtx 660 compatible with the motherboard?

Yes it's compatible.

For a little more you can get a GTX 950 which is faster :
