zotac reference card or amp?

zotac is the only brand right now to implement nvidia's price cut in the philippines.
the gtx 780 amp version seams to be out of stock . im not sure if i sould buy a reference card or wait for the 780 amp to restock.from what i know the amp version has better cooling and slightly over clocked if i buy the reference how well will it oc compared to the amp version and hows the temp on ocing the reference card?

The amp has a pretty hefty cooler to handle the extra heat its higher clock speed produces.

I would see if you can get that as long as your case has decent air flow.
