hi, sorry if someone already asked this question.

if i sac multiple zuberas, say two Dripping-Tongue Zubera to Devouring
Greed,
how many spirit tokens do i get?
some people tell me 2 because i sac the zuberas at the same time but i
think 3 because i get to choose in which order they leave play.
thx for help

Dripping-Tongue Zubera
1G
Creature - Zubera Spirit
1/2
When Dripping-Tongue Zubera is put into a graveyard from play, put a
1/1 colorless Spirit creature token into play for each Zubera put into
a graveyard from play this turn.

Devouring Greed
2BB
Sorcery - Arcane
As an additional cost to play Devouring Greed, you may sacrifice any
number of Spirits.
Target player loses 2 life plus 2 life for each Spirit sacrificed this
way. You gain that much life.

You get four. Choice is not involved; without other factors involved,
it is not possible to play the scenario you outlined and *not* get four.
You play the Greed, sacrificing both Zubera to it. Both are put in the
graveyard and the triggered abilities of both are triggered. After you
finish playing Greed, the two triggered abilities are put on the stack.
Assuming nobody has anything else to play, the triggered abilities
resolve and check to see how many Zubera have gone to the graveyard.
Two have, so each gives you two. Then the Greed resolves; your target
loses six life and you gain six.

Both Zuberas go to the graveyard at the same time, THEN their triggered
abilities go on the stack, in whatever order you choose (it doesn't
matter). A little later these abilities resolve. The first one looks
back at how the turn has gone so far, and sees that TWO Zuberas have
gone to the graveyard, and therefore gives you two Spirit tokens (or two
cards, or makes your opponent discard two cards, or whatever). The
second does the same. In total you get four instances of whatever Zubera
effects are relevant, two for each Zubera. With three Zuberas, you would
get nine; with four, you would get sixteen; with eleven Zuberas, you
would get 121.

So both you and "some people" are seriously underestimating how good
Devouring Greed is when you have multiple Zuberas.

Devouring Greed 2BB Sorcery - Arcane

They are all sacrificed at the same time, while you are paying the costs.
Neither goes to the graveyard before the other, and you do not "get to choose
the order in which they leave play". (You do get to choose which order they
land in the _graveyard_ in, since one has to go on top of the other - in this
case it doesn't matter, but it might if they were different Zuberas in a few
odd cases involving other cards.)

This means that you get FOUR Spirit tokens. Not two, and not three. Nothing
on the Zubera says its ability does NOT see the Zubera it came from being
put into a graveyard... and nothing in the ability says it "locks in the
number on announcement" in any way, either. Both trigger at the same time;
both go on the stack at the same time (and again an order must be chosen,
by you in this case, and again in this case the order doesn't matter). Later,
the topmost ability on the stack resolves, counts how many Zuberas have gone to
the graveyard from play so far this turn, and has you put that many Spirit
tokens into play - this is at least two, and could be more if other Zuberas
went there in response. Later still, the other ability resolves, counts how
many Zuberas have gone to the graveyard from play so far this turn, and has you
put THAT many Spirit tokens into play ... and now this is at least as many as
the previous ability, and again could be more.

So you will get four Spirit tokens total, if by the time both abilities have
resolved these are still the only two Zuberas that went to the graveyard from
play this turn.

Depends on how you sac. For the Greed, because they're sacced at the same
time, the triggers go on the stack after both zubes are sacced. So both will
count in the "for each Zubera put into a graveyard from play this turn"
category. So you get FOUR spirit tokens.

If they're sacced to an activated ability, it depends on when the abilities
resolve, since the number of Zuberas put into a graveyard from play this turn
is a dynamic number, and it's set on resolution. If you sac one, and let its
ability resolve, THEN sac the other, you get three. If you sac one, put its
ability on the stack, THEN sac the other before that ability resolves, you get
four.
