Zune software installs and works fine but cant find device

i have windows vista business 64 bit system and i cant get my 30 gb zune to be found helllllppppp

Does it pick up a new device connected when you plug it in?

If not, go into the device manager. Expand the USB devices. Right click and uninstall all of the usb root hubs, and restart the PC. They will reinstall on restart, and look for attached devices.
