you are correct.. it is most likely because the grounding prong that goes into the wall outlet doesnt actually touch anything.. i did put wire on that prong and leave a wire to the floor... as well.. a wire in the back of psu to the metal legs of my table... i thoughtthat had fixed my issue...

the other 2tb hdd that i received is working without any hiccups.. i think the problem stems from the electrical buzzing i feel whe touching any part of my computer...

small update.. i ran memtest.. the last one that sais experimental.. had 1 error 14 after 1 pass... and just played light ram games since.. then.. i tried fallout 4 as one does.. ZERO problems... then i tried my favourite mmo.. eve online.. no problems.. the BSOD are gone.. dunno what happened...
