Question AMD 5600x CPU spikes causes freezing.

This is a link of the cpu spike I am referring to there is just a massive random spike every minute or so while playing league of legends and listening to music. I have 32gb of ram and a 1070gtx so i should be able to run everything at once fine, which is happening but then randomly there will be a huge cpu spike and the audio will freeze on my pc a bit... just very confusing as its not even spiking to full usage..

yea i acutally think it may have been malwarebytes because it doesnt show open on the little popoup arrow in the bottom right of windows but it was active

actually it didnt fix it at all this is how my cpu is running while playing league of legends and listening to soundcloud, its constantly spiking and freezing everything I can hear it in soundcloud even it stops for a second or even less but it freezes everything for a moment with every spike

Is there anything running in Task Manager that seems out of place? Like something not recognized or using a high amount of resources?
