Question AMD Chipset Driver

So, whenever I update my driver, my pc hangs after I restart the pc every single time. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? Thank you!

Have you tried updating the chipsets drivers using just the iGPU, with the 6600 removed?

I updated my BIOS to its most recent version for the reason my audio wasn't working

and, no I haven't tried updating the chipsets drivers using just the iGPU. But, I will try it right now.

I wasn't suggesting disabling the iGPU, but actually removing the 6600.

Is Windows fully up to date?

Do you mean take it to a shop?

Is your system working okay otherwise? If so, don't worry about upgrading the chipset drivers. Just update your video drivers and don't worry about it.

If you can, boot your PC in to safe mode. Bring up system restore. Revert your PC back to it's last known working date (or configuration). If for some reason you cannot bring up safe mode, then make a usb recovery drive.
