More information needed.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

= = = =

At first glance I will say that the readings are probably not normal.

FYI:

https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-manually-test-a-power-supply-with-a-multimeter-2626158

The voltage tolerance for 3.3 volts is + or - 5%.

However, much more needs to be known.

What configuration changes, if any, have been made? Or attempted?

On short is pretty simple, since i made GPU upgrade, i start to have drop power in games, only GPU power goes down. I tested a lot of things, the problem is PSU or GPU, but i suspect PSU , cause i have instability in sistem. I treid a lot of tewaks and settings, BIOS and clean install of windows on different HDD, SSD,M2.
No succes.

SPECS:

Motherboard : GIGABYTE B550 AORUS ELITE V2
CPU : Ryzen 5600X
Video Card : RX 6700 XT
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8GB) 3200MHz
PSU : Seasonic S12III-650, 80+ Bronze, 650W
M.2 SSD: Kingston A2000 250GB (Windows)
HDD/SSD : For games , media

Coller CPU: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240 A-RGB
Windows 10 (22H2)

In games i have good temps, on one of tests. have 72c, i made the test with default fan curve, but in games i have temps like 60c-65, on GPU, rest of temps on all components are good.I will not test the PSU, cause don't have that tool. I just want to know if that reading are normal, but from my knowledge, that voltage reading is not good. Maybe is an error by HWINFO, i will check with other software.Thank you!

Three suggestions:

1) Read the following review:

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html

Not with the immediate intent to go out and purchase a new PSU. Simply to learn more about PSUs and to apply the various calculators to your build.

2) If you have a multi-meter and know how to use it (or know someone who does) then test the PSU voltages per the provided testing link in Post #2.

3) If possible, swap in another known working (no problems) PSU with the wattage (and a bit extra) calculated for your build. Remember to use only the cables that come with any given PSU being installed.

Lastly: be sure that all important data is backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the affected computer., Ensure that the backups are recoverable and readable.
