No idea about Korea.
In the US, go to a used car place like carmax.
A recent model used car will still have the initial factory warranty but the price will be much less.

You ought to be able to buy a pretty decent car for 33 million won (that's about $25,000 in US dollars), but what's a good car for you will definitely depend on what your needs are. I have a little Mazda 3 turbo hatchback and while that's a good car for *me*, if I had to haul around a bunch of people or kids it would be an absolutely terrible car. Some people, on the other hand, need to have a fairly large SUV or minivan or truck, and a great car for them would be a poor choice for my needs.
