Question DESPERATE !! Need help troubleshooting BSOD

I keep getting BSOD mainly memory_management but one time I got PFN something. I ran memtest86 and these were the results. Im not sure what to do I’m not too tech savvy I just got this pc for my little brothers bday.
CPU - Intel i7-13700F
RAM- TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz (PC4-25600)

Try MemTest again one stick at a time with different DIMM configurations, but it's highly likely that you have bad RAM. The bit fade test (test 10) sets a pattern and waits a time interval then checks to see if there is any corruption. Seeing as it failed that, the memory is not retaining its data properly or it is not being refreshed. Also see if you can just return the machine if it's a prebuilt.
