Question Gigabyte Z690 UD bios CPU/PCH Voltage Control section

Gentlemen, I would like to ask you what is the difference between setting the Internal CPU Vcore bios item to "auto" and "normal". Is there somewhere a detailed explanation of the settings of the items in the CPU/PCH Voltage Control section of the bios? Could someone explain to me step by step the settings if I choose Vcore Voltage Mode as Adaptive? Thank you very much in advance.

As far as i can see the only thing that may be related is Hybrid Cores Optimization, mentioned briefly on the motherboard website.
