So, I have 3x1080p monitors at the moment and I've just orderd 3x1440p monitors to replace them.

My question is, how do I properly hookup those displays to get 7680x1440p @60Hz? All of the monitors (Acer G257HU) have 1 DP, 1 HDMI 2.0 & 1 DVI.

I currently have my 3x1080p monitors (& One 60in 1080p TV) hooked up as follows.

TV - HDMI-HDMI Cable
Mon 1 DVI-HDMI Cable
Mon 2 DVI-HDMI Cable
Mon 3 Active DP-VGA adapter

My Guess, is that I'll have to scrub the tv connection and use

1xHDMI (HDMI-HDMI) for Monitor #1
1xDVI-HDMI for Monitor #2
and then buy and use 1xDP-DP for Monitor #3

Anyway, I'm trying to get all of them at 1440p @60Hz...possibly 75+ w/OC.

Please assist & Thank You!!!

if im not mistaken your gpu has 2 x DL-DVI-D 1 x HDMI 1 x DisplayPort and although your monitors have support for HDMI 2.0 your gpu is limited to 1.4 , so for anything higher than 1440p/60hz i suggest to use 2x DVI D DL and DP for your monitors or all of them on DP through MST hub. keeping the TV on HDMI

Got it, I think I'll try the 2xDual Link DVI's and 1 on DP and see how that works (keeping the tv on HDMI). I'd actually rather that, than some adapter, if I can pull it off. I've been using mutated cables and adapters for some time. It'd be nice to just use standard cables for once.

I'll update when they arrive in a few days. Wish me luck! & Thanks!
