Question How to Turn Off User Account Control for One Program

I have an app that I need to run at startup, using a shortcut in the Start Up folder. This particular program requires you to first confirm the User Account Control prompt each time.

Is there a way I can leave the settings for Windows default, but disable it for this one program? Perhaps by adding something to the shortcut itself that will bypass it at Windows start?
