A couple of years ago my niece got a Switch as a gift. I gave her Zelda, I purchased it online on my Nintendo account and my brother downloaded the game onto the console, and in doing so he added my account and created a username (GG), but she played on her account (Carla) . We also purchased the plan online for one year.

A few weeks ago my brother bought another one for him. We bought Dragonball:kakarot and Mortal Kombat from my account because I have some credits.
To play DB we had to select the new console as the main one.
The other day my niece tried to play Zelda, but her user won't let her play, but from GG's she is able to play but she has to start from scratch.
The other day she showed me the screen and in addition to Zelda it also showed DB and MK among the games which she shouldn't have.
The best thing is that for Christmas I also bought her Mario Odyssey, which hasn't been downloaded yet...

What can we do to resolve the situation?

Is there any error message or warning of some sort ? Kindly go through these support links. Might be helpful in your case.

It might be possible that you are not using the primary Nintendo Account that purchased the game you are trying to start. On a non-primary console, the game can only be started by the player that owns the game.

Hi, the message is "This user cannot play this you software. If you have not purchased the software, you can do so from Nintendo eShop."
She will try to re-download the game to see if it solves the problem. My account and eShop is already linked in her console.
The big problem would be to have to change primary console every time they want to play...
