We still need answers to these questions:

What is the make/model of the power supply?

What are your CPU and GPU operating temperatures at idle and under load?

Are you connected to a 2.4 or 5 Ghz wireless network?

Are your devices drivers and Windows fully updated?

At first guess, your GTX 1650 is likely getting too hot and throttling (slowing down). Reducing games graphics settings may help with that.

The wireless performance can be related to poor signal quality, need for updated drivers, network congestion, etc.

To go any farther, you need to give us some details to work with.

I can tell what is the power supply is but the windows 11 everything is updated
My gtx 1650 does overheat it get 56 c
The network adapter says they update to date
Open the case and look inside. There will be a label on the side of the power supply with the information.

56C for a GPU is nothing. That is not too hot, especially when gaming.

What about the wireless network question?

You are making it difficult to help by not answering these questions.
