Question I/O shield problem?

Hi, sure this is not right. I was just changing thermal pads and my I/O shield seem like this now. I tried pushing it back in but its to tight and it doesn't stay or lock in place, hell with it if it fits in my case it's fine but it feels like it doesn't.
So any help is appreciated.

I can't really tell what's wrong, outside of may be the plate is mis-aligned with the ports.

What is that blue box?

Are you able to take another photograph looking into the I/O panel ports?

The "snaps" on top of various I/O ports do not look to be properly in place.

Also not sure about what appear to be some sort of blue spacers between the I/O shield and ports.

the metal on top of the stamp 1835 looks kind of bent down keeping what looks like your USB from sliding in all the way
