My parents home network is fast, and one of the higher end offered by our cable company. There are a lot of devices on it. (Phones, Tv's, Cameras, Alexas etc..) When all is good I'll get a good download and upload speed test result. (ex. 350+Mbps download)... However, quite often it'll get really slow to about '25mbps' download speed. When this happens I reboot the router. I find myself doing it a few times a day. Is that normal?

That question is actually relative. If your router is lower end, then yes it will need to be rebooted to clear it's cache. If it's higher end then you can stave away from a reboot for a little longer. This also depends on the volume of traffic that the router is experiencing.
