Fix Oculus Rift Black Display

To fix a blank/black Oculus play [that previously worked] go to the following folder:
Local Disk (C) → Program Files → Oculus → Support → oculus-drivers then run oculus-driver.exe wait about a minute for the drivers to reinstall [No Dialog or window will appear] Then reconnect Oculus.
