If you plan on doing the bank heist rather than save the bomber, then this is the mission guide for you. Breaking into a bank vault is a lot tougher though, so be prepared for a challenge. You can accomplish this without being seen, or you can fight you way through security until you reach the vault, the choice is yours.
Step 1)Retrieve Alex's package.
They haven't sent you in blind without a plan at least, Alex has dropped a package off in an executive's car trunk with some gear you are going to need for this. Head into the parking garage rather than the bank itself for now, and get to the car located in the back right hand corner. If you have good energy reserves and glass shield tech, you can waltz over to this, grab it, and get out while they're still wondering what those footstep noises were. You can also break into the security office with the two guards inside, deal with them quietly, and then hit the switch to black out the windows. That'll give you the time you need to turn off the cameras and open doors, so that when you step outside the office you only have to deal with the one patrolling guardsman.
Step 2)Access a restricted terminal.
If you've done the previous side mission for Samizdat, this should seem like familiar territory to you. Head upstairs to the CEOs office where you found the incriminating evidence for them before, and you'll find this restricted terminal on the CEOs desk in the main office. Insert the 'blank' card and it will pop back out as a fully functioning versalife vault keycard.
Step 3)Use the corporate vaults elevator.
From the CEOs office, head back to the lobby and this elevator is located on the far west side of the building in a restricted zone. Instead of coming back to the lobby by the way you came originally though, go through the vent behind the TV in the CEOs office, this will drop you onto the lobby level right behind the guard watching the elevator. Slip past the turret and get into the elevator to head down to the corporate vault level.
Step 4)Call down the vault and find the evidence.
You can head to the left to go up to the security room above, and with some careful maneuvering you can eliminate the guards and sneak into a ventilation system that will drop you down behind all of the laser grids, right in front of the button to call down the vault. If you have a good glass shield augment, you can also just activate this and run through the laser room to the end without tripping an alarm. Once the vault is called down, step inside after swiping your card and you'll be presented with a cut scene to fill you in on the information Adam and Janus have uncovered, and where you are heading next.
Step 5)Escaping the bank.
Rather than going out the same way that you came in, you can actually ride the Versalife vault up to where they store all the vaults. If you've found any of the vault keycards during your travels up until this point, you can now use them to break into these various vaults and in some cases get some pretty good gear and collectables out of them. Hack the terminal beside the Tarvos vault and deploy it, you'll need it to jump up to the next level and get out of here. Once your outside you'll contact Miller to let him know you have a lead on the Dubai incident.
He'll chew you out for not investigating the train station bombing more, and ask you to meet him at the helipad, so head on over there to talk with him and finish this mission up. Come prepared for a trip, you'll be leaving for GARM when you're done here.
