4. If needed (you want to connect to your system with a non-admin account) you can select specific users that can use Remote Desktop(By default system Administrators have Remote Desktop access.)
5. Click [Apply] to accept these settings

Testing
1. Determine the IP address of the system you just enabled Remote Desktop on
2. From the second system access "Remote Desktop Connection" (This is placed in different locations based on your version of Windows but usually near the "All Programs"->"Accessories" section.
3. You should now see a graphic similar to the one below. Enter the IP of your target system in the "Computer" field, and then press Connect

4. If all goes well, you should be brought to a login screen for the target system, login to access.

Errors
The most common cause of any errors after setting the above is usually the firewall settings. Depending on your firewall the procedure for letting RDP through is different, please research as needed. As a test you can, for a short time, disable the firewall and confirm your RDP connection is being blocked by it.

Wrap-Up
Remote Desktop is a great utility to have and use. Having the ability to remotely control your system and access it from anywhere on your network or, with the right settings, the world can be a great tool for anyone. But be warned, opening ports to the outside world can be dangerous, make sure your system is fully patched to avoid a bulk of exploits that might target your system.
