Yea... to me that really sounds like something is wrong with your graphics card. It may be worth waiting for more knowledgable people to comment so we can get another opinion.

It may be your GPU, If you have another one I would try it. I was having a problem like this where the screen would freeze for a while and the audio would go crazy and it turned out to be the GPU. If not then I would completely wipe the driver and reinstall the newest one.

Never mind, I uninstalled GeForce Experience by itself then reinstalled it by itself and now it's working.

Hi, Im using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit with the latest Graphics driver for the GTX 770, but when I go to open share in Geforce Experience it simply says "Cant open Share". It used to work before they came out with the 3.0 version so I havent been able to use it for a long time. Thank You

Of course and I also got an older driver and it saves them fine, the newest driver won't though along with GeForce Experience in the latest driver is showing errors that the Share menu doesn't work.

Have you checked the Nvidia driver? There might be something in the Change resolution tab that could help. This doesn't have to much to do with your problem but ever since I got Windows 10 my games cap out at 59hz refresh rate I think there might something up with Windows 10 and Nvidia drivers...
