My frame rate says high, but stutters uncontrollably when moving around... I think due to rendering. I play at a 1980x1080 res, everything on max except shadows and view distance... 16GB of RAM and 4GB on the GPU... not sure why there is so much slowdown

@Ingtar33 - Well people have suggested it... I've also noticed absolutely no frame rate improvement in Elder Scrolls online when switching out my GTX 660 Ti and my AMD R9 290... just HOW can that be? In some places the R9 290 seems to preform worse!

People are telling me it does... that REALLY sucks seeing how my Mobo only supports up to AMD 8350... Is this for real or are people just trying to yank my chain?? Having trouble running ESO.

Nope. I'll pass on overclocking anything. I'm dead serious now. I don't have a lot of money to buy a replacement CPU - so please stop suggesting it :P So frusterating... people are saying my 8350 bottlenecks my r9 290??? for real?

I'm NOT overclocking - I am too afraid to do it, and no one will change my mind. Besides - I rather be safe than sorry... /discuss :P

Hey guys! I'm going up to upgrade my rig in May and I'm wondering what I should purchase... Right now I'm running a 560Ti and a 500GB HDD 3G/b Transfer rate. Would it be better to spend about $300 on an 660ti and use the leftover $100 something dollars to buy an SSD? OR buy a more pricey $400...
