I have. There are just as many Z790 DDR4 motherboards here as there are DDR5.

I already have 32GB of 3200MHz DDR4 memory which I plan to use if i decide to upgrade the CPU and motherboard. I don’t feel like a new set of DDR5 memory will be necessary.

So I´m considering upgrading my old i7-7700K CPU to something like an i5-13400F to use with my RTX 2070S, in addition to a new cooler and motherboard so the total upgrade price here in Norway will be around 500 dollars i think. How much of a performance increase can I expect? FYI I game on 1440p.

The motherboard is the Gigabyte Z270X-Gaming K5. It says it's XMP ready and supports RAM speeds up to 3866mhz. Intel Core i7-7700K MSI Geforce RTX 2070 Super Cooler Master G650M PSU It’s the HyperX Fury DDR4 3200mhz 32GB kit I’m considering. CL16.

Hello people! I have a Z270X motherboard which supports XMP 1, but I'm considering getting 32GB 3200mhz XMP 2.0 memory. So my question is; will the new memory work with XMP on my motherboard?

Hi, I just installed my new i7-7700K and when I booted thi first time I noticed that the temperatures spiked like crazy (suddenly went from 30 degrees celsius to 60, and then back to 30). It has calmed down now, but I just wonder if it's normal. I'm using a Corsair H60 cooler.

I can't decide whether I should upgrade my i5-6600 to an i7-7700K or if I should upgrade my Corsair H60 cooler to a Corsair H115i. i7-7700K for better performance (Coffee Lake is not an option). Corsair H115i for better looks (I have a Corsair Crystal 570X case so i think the H115i would fit...

I want to mount my GTX 1060 vertically, so I need a PCI-e riser cable. Does anyone have any recommendations?
