€294 for the Asus 280X Matrix vs. €325 for the Sapphire 280X Toxic. I don't think I will use Crossfire in the future.

I'm planning to build a PC with a Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H motherboard and a Corsair 500R case. I'm able to get the Asus R9 280 Matrix for relatively cheap, but... will it fit? It uses 3 slots and it's pretty big, and I don't know if my parts will support that.

I think the extra GB of VRAM will be useful in the next generation (BF4 apparently already uses 2+GB at the highest settings, but I'm an amateur so maybe do some research yourself here). On all other levels, the performance difference between the two cards seems pretty minimal, some games run...
