Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help! I was breadboarding my pc, and after turning on the power supply with just the CPU and RAM installed, I turned off the PSU, connected the video card and switched the PSU back on, but it isn't powering on anymore. Any ideas what the issue could be...

UPDATE: Still haven't solved the issue. I've ruled out it isn't the graphics card, tested another card and same results.

I Just got a corsair CX600M yesterday for $77, and you can find decent cases for cheaper than $100. Also I agree with Suztera, you are gonna need more than 250Gb, if cost is an issue then go with a HDD over a SSD, a lot more storage for less.
