    So Basically your CPU temp might be giving you wrong information. Try analysing that temp by the touch. If it is warm as hell , you should probably change your thermal paste and heat sink. If not than it might be the CPU temp which is giving you wrong info.. As simple as that. ;) If you...

    Core temp would not be an appropriate solution. You should check your fan and other components in your motherboard. Also , have you applied thermal paste?
