    I did, no error. when 8 gb ram is running there is no issue. I played battlefield 5 in it there is no problem, when 8 gb ram is showing.

    It came with 8gb. One internal and 1 in slot.

    Resetting the bios only fixing the problem as long as the laptop is running. The next i start the laptop again showing 4 GB ram. Resetting the CMOS only the fixed the problem for one time. In bios it also shows 4 GB ram.
