My HP laptop stopped booting. I ran the system diagnose where it failed the hard drive check. How can I backup my data without booting laptop? Can the hard drive be repaired? Which softwares I could use for rescuing my hard drive?

I have Belkin router N150 F7D1301 . My internet is working fine but the notification color on the router shows red (disconnected). On the belkin router webpage it shows internet status : Not Connected. Should I be worried and change the router ?

I read somewhere that the highest working temperature for the CPU is 72 C . My current temperature is pretty close . I am worried about that . For graphics card , the working temp is more and I am well within the limits .

Mounting method ? I didn't get you . It gets fixed at the rear . No issues there . I am asking considering the power consumption etc. Is it different from case fans because I got it with CPU cooler ? Can I put its 3 pin connector to the slots mentioned above (sys fan 1 2 3 )?
