What is the solution tho if it is an issue w/ the card bios

I have an gigabyte r9 280 that has a core clock set @ 1072mhz which is the factory clock. But i get 950mhz (which is the chip's base clock) when im gaming. This problem wasnt their from the start. Is this an issue w/ a faulty card? I have tried deleting msi after burner w/ revo and all gpu...

So basically i have been having this weird issue with my gpu usage. I can't get a good(high) usage in games used to play fine. This low usage results in low fps, i get like @ max 53% usage. You would think oh thats a cpu bottleneck, but that's not the case here my cpu is around 80% on all cores...

The mobo doesnt have any led lights so no unbugging by led

Yeah i found out about the psu being bad after i bought it, guess i will just wait till it blows so i can RMA it and pick a new psu for the samed price.
