I would suggest going with a Lenovo laptop. I bought a y470p a little over 2 years ago and it has served me well and hasn't had a single issue. Did notice the temp runs high when gaming for hours so I ordered a Cooler Master NotePal U2 Notebook Cooler for $20 and it has worked great.

Lots of choices for a motherboard, i would suggest a ASRock Z87 Extreme4/ MSI Z87-G45 Gaming/ Gigabyte GA-Z87MX-D3H all of them are under then $150 range

I admit very good build but my only concern is the LGA 1155 chipset for the extra $10 to $20 step into the haswell chipset just in case a great chip is released and later years you can upgrade to it if you find a 4670k not keeping up enough.. which i seriously doubt for a few years
