So to close this out, I had someone check it out for me. The PSU is fine, the GPUs were fine, the motherboard was fried. I'm replacing the motherboard, cpu and memory.

I am in the process of building a system for the first time. This looks to be the best PSU for me but I read some reviews on Newegg that the cables may be too short if using a full tower case. Has anyone had issues with this? If so, what would be the size limit on the case?
