What does the capacitators do in a Psu? And if im running both Gpu & Cpu at stock (not overclocking) then do u think tue Cx600m would be ok? Im gonna go see if I can buy a seasonic from somewhere local tomorrow but I just wanna see if I wouod be safe running my current PSU

I could but it just means sending this one back and buying another one and waiting longer to get it up and running. On Pcpartpicker, it says my system will use up to 448w. I am not planning on overclocking anything just to be safe. Do you think my Psu would be ok for my build, with no overclocking?

I am confused about the 450w advertised on the GPU. does this mean the GPU will use 450/600w PSU, leaving only 150w for the rest of the components? Please help explain. thank you for your time.
