so you think that if I get 2 4gb sticks with chips on both sides it will work .the thing is is that my old ram the 2 2gb sticks have chips on only one side but they work
no the bios has never been updated but do you think that that can cause all of ram over 4 gigs in 1 stick to completely not work because the screen doesnt come on and it was rebooting the entire time, do you think that an updated bios will fix that
